Reporting to the Director of Physician Recruitment, you will direct and coordinate all activities that relate to our Physician recruitment including long- and short-term strategy development.

Job Requirements

• Manage our physician recruitment process and personnel
• Effectively hire, train & mentor a small physician recruitment team
• Develop and implement a successful physician recruitment strategy
• Provide forecasting input for production planning and budgets

Skills and Experience

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Healthcare or other related field. Possess strong leadership, management, organization, communication, multi-tasking, and problem solving skills. Experience in medical field is a significant plus. Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
