Regional Deployment Manager PA

Reporting To: Vice President, Deployment

Location: Lemoyne, PA

By driving patient safety, lowering costs, streamlining fulfillment, and through extensive integrations and partnerships, Prematics delivers benefits to all of the key stakeholders in the drug supply chain including physicians, insurers, employers, pharmacy benefit managers and retail and mail order pharmacies.

Prematics is searching for a Regional Deployment Manager, residing in Lemoyne, PA. The Regional Deployment Manager will lead the deployment activities in the Pennsylvania Region, with responsibility for service infrastructure installation, physician practice set-up, training, and “go live” activities to ensure a superior installation and on-site support experience to our physician customers. The Candidate must have strong management skills, experience with managing outside vendors, customer relations skills, and solid technical capabilities. The Regional Deployment Manager will be responsible for quickly building and managing a field deployment organization that maintains zero-defect installation quality and extremely professional standards throughout Pennsylvania.

Essential Job Functions

  • Interact with physician practices to ensure a GREAT installation and "go live" experience
  • Ensure the successful field service installation of the technical infrastructure and software to support the Prematics services
  • Ensure the successful set-up, training and "go live" of physician practices
  • Manage customer-facing escalated installation and field service issues
  • Ensure staff continue to update records in the Company’s CRM to accurately reflect physician activities
  • Generate and maintain daily management reports and ensure regional team is meeting Prematics deployment metrics and SLAs (Service Level Agreements)
  • Meeting the Company’s deployment objectives
  • May require flexible / non-standard hours to cover a production environment
  • Serve as the senior location manager, providing leadership on Company-related issues to the team
  • Work in an aggressive team and goal-oriented environment, proactively taking responsibility to get the job done (no such thing as "not my job")

Required Expertise

  • Previous experience managing customer-facing Information Technology field installation and/or field service experience
  • Must be a team player and must not be afraid to be a player/coach
  • Willingness to take ownership of the deployment process and demand high-quality work from internal and contract technicians
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audience
  • Strong customer service background, preferably with physician practices
  • Strong computer literacy with previous CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software experience
  • Professional verbal, writing, documentation and analytical skills

Skills and Experience

  • Candidate must demonstrate proven success in field service and/or field installation of IT equipment, with an understanding of field installation requirements
  • Candidate must have experience with deploying applications in the field, successfully training and implementing customers
  • Experience with deployment and/or support of Physician Office Management Information Systems (POMIS) or Electronic Medical Records software a strong plus
  • Goal-oriented professional, with a track record of success
  • 7+ years of relevant experience
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree and relevant experience

Travel Required: Intra-state travel required
